Immerse yourself in the forest, reach the stream, in a conservation area that is normally restricted access.
ENVIRONMENT
The WWF Oasis is a protected area that includes several habitats of naturalistic value, with very diverse environments rich in biodiversity: typical wetland areas, naturally evolving forests, phenomena of climatic inversion, ecosystems that host flora and fauna of considerable interest, including the abundant presence of wild orchids.
CONSERVATION
Areas normally not open to the public play a primary role, as they protect zones of great naturalistic value and are useful for scientific research. This is why the forests are left to natural evolution, because nature is studied as it naturally evolves and lives, because only under these conditions can we truly understand how it behaves and make important discoveries that involve our own lives and health. Ancient trees and forests, rare floristic entities or those at the edge of their distribution range, well-preserved ecosystems protected at the European level are just some of the reasons why an environment is “conserved.” It is also conserved to enrich neighboring environments, to rebalance other ecosystems, so that, in the end, everyone can enjoy it, and every form of life can benefit from the other in complete respect.
We are in a precious territory rich in biodiversity.

In the WWF Oasis La Malcontenta e il Lupo, you immerse yourself in nature with the utmost respect for the environment and the wildlife that inhabits it. The insects we may encounter are valuable for the functioning of the ecosystem.
The animals are not disturbed. Knowing that they are there, just a step away from us, even if we don't see them, makes us more aware and richer.
Pets are not allowed for scientific reasons and to avoid conflict with the wildlife, which is very sensitive to any kind of stimulus from "newcomers" in its territory.
Book the excursion in the WWF Oasis and, if you want, bring your camera and binoculars too.

The fee paid also helps cover the management costs of the WWF Oasis and conservation projects.
Therefore, the amount spent on registration will also partly help support the WWF Oasis and its scientific research and outreach activities.
Support environmental protection, support biodiversity, support WWF!
Oases protect wildlife, botanical species, and safeguard nature. The environment is a resource for everyone, it improves the quality of our lives. Studying it creates new opportunities in the fields of scientific, medical, and technological discoveries. By protecting the environment, we protect ourselves. Let us promote a world in which human beings live in harmony with nature.
