The organic olive oil from La Malcontenta e il Lupo originates from an ancient olive grove, whose varieties are those typical of the Umbrian tradition. These are frantoio, leccino, and moraiolo cultivars. There is also “il mastio” (as they call it here), an olive tree that serves as a pollinator.
Its flavor comes to life from an uncontaminated land; nothing is used on this farm to treat the olive trees, not even products allowed in organic farming.
We try to achieve a balance, the best possible, with other plant species and with animal species.
The olive grove is enriched by walnut and laurel trees, and everything that this land produces contributes to the properties and flavor of this oil.
La Malcontenta e il Lupo organic extra virgin olive oil is the oil of tradition and the oil of nature.

The oil that accompanies the poems is an ORGANIC EXTRA-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, obtained by pressing olives grown in the WWF-affiliated OASIS LA MALCONTENTA E IL LUPO.
This project therefore also helps the environment!
The oil in the bottles is the fruit of Leccino, Frantoio and Moraiolo cultivars, olives that have never received any kind of chemical treatment.
Poetry, nature and organic oil come together in this project.
